Any use of thelocalbunch.com.au is in total agreement with the terms and conditions that are outlined below.
These terms and conditions also govern the supply of any goods to you by The Local Bunch whether facilitated by the Site or by any other means. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should immediately cease use of the Site.
The Local Bunch reserves the right to amend or update this information at any time without providing notice.
The use of the Site and the provision of goods to you by The Local Bunch is conditional on your acceptance without modification of these terms and conditions.

Responsible Service of alcohol

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years. It is an offence for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor from another person.
By purchasing alcohol from The Local Bunch, you agree that:
Both you and the person(s) receiving a delivery of goods purchased from our website are aged 18 years or over.
You will not exceed the permitted alcohol limit of 1.5 litres (approximately two bottles) per recipient.

Orders

The Local Bunch has sole discretion to accept or reject any order or any variation or modification of an order. The Local Bunch has sole discretion to accept or reject any order cancellation request.
 
To complete your order we require some information from you including your name, number and payment details plus contact details for the person receiving the flowers like the delivery address and their mobile number; used at our discretion when the flower delivery is made, we will only use their number to contact them in special circumstances, it is not our policy to contact the receiver as a standard practice.
Payment will need to be confirmed before we can deliver your order. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam inbox or let us know by emailing hello@thelocalbunch.com.au as there may be a problem with processing your order.
 
Bunches will be delivered to business and residential addresses between 11.30am-5:30pm on the day you request them to be delivered. Please note we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times.
 

Price

The price of each bunch includes GST and when applicable delivery, find out where our included delivery zone is on the FAQ. All price indications or price lists provided by The Local Bunch are subject to alteration at any time without notice, but will be clearly displayed on the website. To avoid any doubt this includes subscription arrangements.
 

Delivery

All reasonable efforts will be made by The Local Bunch to have flower and/or any other goods ordered, delivered to you on the date they are ordered. However, under these terms and conditions time is not of the essence and The Local Bunch shall not be liable for any failure to deliver or delay in delivery for any reason.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the address provided is possible to deliver to. If you are unsure if the recipient will be home, please advise a safe place to leave the flowers in the event that no one is available to accept them.

Special delivery instructions can be entered during checkout. If special instructions are not received, our delivery drivers will try to find a safe place to leave the flowers- such as the front verandah of a house or at the front door of an apartment. If we deem there is no safe place to leave the flowers or the wrong delivery address was given they will be returned to our studio for re-delivery the following day (this will incur a re-delivery fee).

For hospital deliveries- due to ongoing Covid restrictions we cannot in most instances make the delivery straight to the recipient’s ward and we rely on the hospital reception staff to deliver your flowers (please understand this is not their job however they do this as a courtesy). Please take note that by ordering flowers for a hospital delivery that you accept that your flowers may not be delivered in a timely manner and we cannot be held accountable if they do not reach their recipient as this is out of our control.

Please note: We can not accept responsibility for any orders which are lost or stolen when left unattended. Nor can we accept responsibility for any incorrect or invalid delivery addresses. If the weather is not ideal for the flowers (eg, over 23 degrees Celsius, rain, wind) and the flowers aren’t directly accepted by the receiver we are not liable for what happens to the flowers when they are left unattended. Flowers bought without a vase will be left in a paper cup with a small amount of water this is only sufficient for an hour or two but this will not however keep the flowers alive when it is extremely hot so we always advise that you have flowers delivered to someone who is home or to a business place where the flowers can be accepted by someone.

Pre-orders and Subscriptions

If you choose to ‘send on a later date’ or have a subscription, you accept that you will not see the style of The Daily Bunch or other flowers until the day of delivery, you cannot change your order date for any reason.
If you begin a subscription on a day where the flowers of the day have already sold out, we will contact you and start the subscription the following available delivery day.
 

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to quick turnaround times we’re unable to refund if you change your mind about a bunch ordered for that day.
We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It’s the sender’s responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions.
 
If the wrong delivery address is given we can re-deliver, but this will be at an additional cost of $16.5 to any delivery zone.
 
Custom orders- payments are final and they will not be refunded under any circumstance once we have purchased flowers to fulfill your order. We buy flowers and foliage specifically for each custom order, if you’d like to delay the order then you can be given a credit minus cost of goods and time. This amount is at our discretion and will be unique to each order.
 
For pre-orders any cancellations must be made more then 48 hours in advance. You can cancel your order by emailing hello@thelocalbunch.com.au
The Local Bunch expressly reserves the right to cancel and/or refund or exchange, any order placed and/or paid for.

Business Hours

Our business hours are 9am– 5pm Monday to Friday.

We do not operate on weekends or public holidays so please note that bunches cannot be sent on these days. If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, your order will be delivered on the next available business day.

Email Subscription

You have the option to subscribe to our email list when you first access the website using the pop-up. However by making a purchase on thelocalbunch.com.au we hold the right to automatically opt-in any customers to our email list. This is the terms of purchasing from our website.

 

Use of Material

thelocalbunch.com.au (including all its content) remains property of The Local Bunch is protected by copyright and other laws of Australia and other countries. You use of the Site is in agreeance that you will not use any material from the Site for your personal or a related parties benefit or advantage.
